Brought to you by the Planning Department for the City of Columbia and the Historic Preservation Commission, CoMo Revamp will present various types of historic renovations ranging anywhere from whole house renovations to specific, smaller projects including pictures, tips from property owners, and history of the property. Historic preservation is very important to the City of Columbia not only because of its historical ties to the city but also because of its positive economical effect. Each property highlighted was selected based on various criteria: Columbia city limits, age of property, style and architecture of property, and attempt preserve historic aspects while renovating.
